We are an architectural practice based in Sydney, working on Wangal country. We care deeply about designing intelligently and responsively to people, communities and land. Our design philosophy is grounded in first principles thinking. We place equal emphasis on big picture thinking and small detail considerations from the early inception of a project. Sustainability is important to us - we aim to design responsibly, with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

Charmaine Pang

Charmaine established her own architecture practice in 2020 after years of invaluable experience at design-focused firms Stanic Harding, Bates Smart and Tzannes. She enjoys the creative freedom that comes with sole practice, whilst still appreciating the richness found in collaborating with great consultants and builders.

Charmaine contributes her time as a sessional academic at the University of Sydney and is on the NSW standing panel of assessors for the national Architectural Practice Examination.

Outside of architecture you’ll find her spending time with her kids, reading a good book or growing things in the community garden.
