Charmaine Pang - Principal

B. Arch (First Class Honours) UNSW 2006

Registered Architect ARB NSW 8339

Charmaine Pang established her practice in 2022, after over 15 years with small and large practices designing award-winning projects across all sectors from houses, apartment buildings to public work. Her experience has given her a diverse skill set which brings clarity and detailed precision to the design process as well as strategic “big-picture” knowledge and thinking to authority approvals and construction phases.

Charmaine takes a thoughtful, rigorous approach to the opportunities of each project and is driven by the unique needs of the end users. Her work is site responsive, and considers the enrichment of daily living as well as joyful connections to landscape and place. The integration of sustainability principles and selection of enduring, timeless materials is central to the practice’s ethos in creating long-lasting architecture.

Designing with integrity is a key part of the practice. Charmaine enjoys a collaborative approach and the fostering of enduring, respectful relationships with the client, consultants and builders.

In addition to her design work, Charmaine contributes her time as a sessional tutor in Architecture at the University of Sydney.

We deeply honour and respect the Wangal people of the Eora Nation as the Traditional Custodians of land on which we live and work. We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging.
